Did you know the English word love traces back to the Sanskrit word lobha? Lobha literally means greed. Strange, right? But there’s a secret hidden inside it: when greed is digested and transformed, it becomes love.
Think about it. The same energy that drives us to desire—money, power, success, even another person—can be transmuted into love. The craving becomes giving. The wanting becomes nourishing.
